The transformation of the new rural power network

  • Detail

On the eve of new year's day, the minimum temperature in most parts of Shanxi dropped below zero. However, wangzhenhai, the head of Zhenhai pig farm in Guancun village, Gucheng Town, Xiangfen County, Linfen City, was only wearing a single coat and was busy in the fence. He had more than 500 pigs and more than 100 piglets. He happily told: "heating pigs in winter has always been a worry. The coal stove is so choking that I have to start from midnight to add carbon, such as various qualified or unqualified assessments, assessments of various levels, assessments of various shortcomings or organizations. Since the village was powered by electricity, heating pigs no longer uses coal, which is much cleaner and more energy-saving than before. In only one year, my pig breeding scale has doubled five times."

wangzhenhai is one of the hundreds of millions of farmers who have benefited from the new round of agricultural transformation. From 2016 to 2017, the state and the two major power companies invested hundreds of billions of yuan. After two years of hard work, they completed a new round of agricultural transformation on schedule, with three major tasks: the transformation and upgrading of small towns (central villages), the electrification of rural motor wells, and the electrification of power in poor villages

"connecting wells and Wells" has saved farmers a lot of money. Among the three tasks, the first one to be completed is the power supply of rural motor wells. In September, 2017, the task of "well connection" was completed three months ahead of schedule. If the oil began to deteriorate or become dirty and unusable, it should be replaced. 95756 motor wells were powered on, involving 10688 towns and townships in 1061 counties of 17 provinces (autonomous regions and cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, benefiting 150million mu of farmland

"well to well" not only makes irrigation more convenient, but also saves farmers a lot of money. Xiridaobu village, bayanhushusumu, Keyou Middle Banner, Hinggan League, Inner Mongolia, has realized "well to well connection". "The increase in output per mu is about 200 Jin. The village has 12000 mu of arable land, which can increase output by 2.4 million jin a year. This is a lot of income for a village with an annual per capita income of less than 5000 yuan." Liuhailin, the village party secretary, was gratified to see the villagers in full swing starting to kill pigs and sheep to prepare for the new year's goods. "Our village will also transform more than 5000 mu of corn land into paddy fields, and make full use of soil advantages to plant characteristic rice. Each mu can increase income by more than 700 yuan." Liuhailin is full of expectations for the future

it is estimated that after the "well to well" is realized, about 3million tons of fuel oil will be saved annually, and 13billion yuan of farmland irrigation expenditure will be saved annually

"power electricity" helps Rural Revitalization

by the end of last year, 78533 small towns (central villages) had completed agricultural transformation and upgrading, involving 2389 counties in 30 provinces (autonomous regions and cities), benefiting 160million rural residents. At the same time, the power supply project in poor villages has been basically completed. With the exception of Tibet, power has been provided to impoverished natural villages throughout the country. A total of 33082 natural villages have been provided with power, involving 839 counties in 23 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), benefiting about 8million rural residents. Tibet power supply task will be completed by 2020, bringing confidence to extruder enterprises

the improvement of rural power supply capacity effectively promotes the consumption upgrading and rural economic and social development in the vast rural areas, and provides guarantee for the Rural Revitalization Strategy. In the areas involved in agricultural transformation, the average annual output of farmers growing grain increased by 29.98 billion yuan, and the annual output value of developing cash crops and characteristic agriculture was 30.7 billion yuan. 256000 new agricultural products production and processing sites were added in rural areas, and an average annual income of 51.38 billion yuan was increased by developing agricultural and sideline industries and tourism, attracting 4.393 million migrant workers to return home to start businesses and obtain employment

in Huamao village, Fengxiang Town, Zunyi, Guizhou Province, 15km of 10kV lines have been newly built, 22km of low-voltage lines have been reconstructed, and 4 transformers have been newly equipped. Electricity has stabilized, and Huamao village has developed industries such as ceramics, agricultural park, farmhouse tourism, etc. Pankegang, a representative of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and Secretary of the general Party branch of Huamao village, said: "through the development in recent years, our people have used safe and stable electricity. The number of farmhouses and snack bars in our village has grown to 28."

electricity substitution protection green water and green mountains

another major role of this round of agricultural transformation is to reduce the burning of coal and firewood in rural areas through electricity substitution, which will have a significant effect on environmental protection

in the southern power region, 1837 projects such as electric flue-cured tobacco, electric tea making and electric wine making have been promoted in total, with a replacement power of 9.44 million kwh. 1039 agricultural power drainage and irrigation projects have replaced 63.5 million kwh of electricity, 26258 tons of standard coal, 72720 tons of carbon dioxide and 2187 tons of sulfur dioxide

according to the preliminary statistics of the State Grid, since this round of agricultural transformation, 5.993 million air conditioners, 5.159 million electric cookers and 741000 electric processing equipment have been added to households in the rural transformation and upgrading areas. From January to August 2017, the domestic power consumption of rural residents was 193billion kwh, an increase of 17.1% over the same period in 2015
